We strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer shipping to Australia only. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
The busy season is among us. So please allow additional processing time during this peak season Black Friday/Christmas. We aim to have all orders processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Christmas Order Cut Offs
Regional Australia : please have all your Christmas shopping done by Wednesday 11th December 2024
Metro : please have all your Christmas shopping done by Friday 13th December 2024
Christmas Holiday Shut Down
Our office and warehouses will be closed for Christmas Break from Friday 20th December until Friday 27th – all orders received during this time will be despatched on Monday 30 December. We wish you and your loved ones a happy and safe Christmas.
Shipping Methods and Fees
We charge a flat rate of $15 for orders under $250. Orders over $250 ship for FREE! * Excluding Bulky Items.
*Bulky Items have their shipping rates calculated accordingly and are dependant on the products size, weight and the location within Australia that it is being shipped to.
Please note that the estimated delivery times (3 to 14 business days) are provided as a guide only, and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method, regional and out of Metro areas take longer to arrive. As we have partnered with quality Australian suppliers to bring you a convenient “one stop shop” it is quite common that you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the website of the shipping carrier.
